Stickies Ajax demo update

I updated the Stickies Ajax demo. The old version saved the sticky when the form was blurred. This wasn't intuitive. The onkeyup() eventHandler is better but you don't want to make a call to the database after every keyup. So I use a SetTimeout() to wait for the typing to stop for 4 seconds. Now stickies are saved when they are newly created, moved or when typing stops for 4 seconds.
